Job Creation
Potential partners (employers) are encouraged to approach us when they have a concept or proposal for a project. Eligible projects have clear start and end dates and are not part of the sponsor’s normal activities.
Wage Subsidy
We provide an incentive to employers to enable them to hire our eligible clients. This allows our clients to receive on the job training and our partners to contribute to the positive growth of our community work force.
Community Capacity Building
We are able to offer our partners and clients training programs that prepare current and future employees with the skills necessary to improve their employment status, helping our member community maintain a well trained and relevant work force.
