Who We Serve
Community Members
Our core clients are members of Timiskaming First Nation, typically aged 16 to 65, residing on-reserve or within the TFN Territory. Many are unemployed or underemployed and looking to enhance their employability, build new skills, or retrain for meaningful careers. We provide personalized support and access to training and employment opportunities.
Broader Community
We also support Indigenous individuals from other First Nations and non-Indigenous English-speaking residents living in nearby areas. While services for this group may be more limited, we offer pre-employment assistance, referrals, and connections to appropriate external resources.
Employer & Training Partners
Our network includes local businesses, regional employers, and training providers who work with us to create employment, apprenticeship, and skill-building opportunities for our clients. Whether you’re located within TFN Territory or beyond, we collaborate to match qualified individuals with meaningful workplace experience, often with wage subsidies available.
